As in all the farms in Puglia, the internal rooms of Masseria Galatea also served, in the past, as animal stables and agricultural shelters, functional for the patient work in the fields.

Through a careful restoration to integrity and eco-sustainable techniques, the rooms and the appartament preserve the rural aspect of a farm, with all the forms and elements belonging to the tradition of a sober and genuine land.

The preference for handcrafted furnishings and textures derives from the taste for authenticity: the colors and the designs of clothing and fabrics recall the shades of the sea, the sky, the red earth and at the same time mean quality and ethics.

In a balanced way and without excess, each double bedroom incorporates all comforts: private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, toiletries, wi-fi, mini-fridge, bathroom towels and pool towels.

A large garden with swimming pool and relaxation area circumscribed by characteristic dry stone walls and monumental blocks of “carparo”, becomes a reassuring place where you can lie down on the sunbeds and read a book, have a refreshment and fall in love with the intense Mediterranean colors of the South.

 

RESTAURANT OPENING:
In the low season months (April, May, the second part of September and October) the restaurant is open few days a week.
In the months of June, July and in the first part of September it is open every evening with closed on Tuesday.
Open every evening in August.
