The Masseria Galatea Agriturismo’ s restaurant offers Apulian tradition flavors with always fresh ingredients, proposed in a menu of the day that changes seasonally.
Our dishes are exclusively made of first quality materials and controlled supply chain.
We revisit old local and regional recipes: fresh homemade pasta with organic flour of our production; herbs and vegetables harvested daily from the farm garden; meat selected from local farms combined with wines from Salento; baked goods leavened naturally; homemade desserts.
For the most refined palates, a selection of wines from Salento and Puglia.
The genuineness of the dishes is complemented by a passion for our work, attention to detail, hospitality and the right pinch of creativity
All served in a wonderful setting like that of a real Apulian farm. Theme evenings are also offered to experiment with new paths of taste and culinary relaxation.
In November, the restaurant is closed.
In the low season months (April, May, the second part of September and October) the restaurant is open a few days a week.
In the months of June, July and in the first part of September it is open every evening with closed on Tuesday.
