In our farm-to-table restaurant, the cuisine is born from the land and tells the story of the truest Puglia. We use zero-kilometre ingredients, the result of natural and seasonal cultivation, to create simple and wholesome dishes inspired by rural tradition.
We are committed to offering ethical and sustainable dining. We are proudly part of the Salento km0 network — a project that supports and brings together farms practising natural agriculture through organic, biodynamic, synergistic and regenerative methods, safeguarding agricultural biodiversity.
Traditional Dishes
Ours is a homestyle Puglian cuisine that features recipes passed down through our families for generations. We pay great attention to using seasonal produce, sourced mainly from our own fields or from local farms.
Beneath the Ancient Star Vaults
The restaurant is set in the welcoming, light-filled indoor hall that once hosted the agricultural work of the masseria. During the summer months, tables are arranged outdoors in the characteristic central courtyard, surrounded by fragrant caper plants and lush shrubs of myrtle, pomegranate, broom and strawberry tree. A romantic atmosphere in all its simplicity.
